This is an accountability community focused on consistency and follow-through. The emphasis is on naming goals, sharing progress, offering mutual encouragement, and learning how to stay with something over time, while acknowledging the very real, human challenges that arise along the way.
The program is intentionally low-cost and designed to complement whatever fitness structure you already use, such as a gym membership, exercise subscription, or sports team, without replacing or competing with it.
It is an inclusive, supportive, and non-judgmental space for adults (18+) of all fitness levels, identities, bodies, and abilities.

How it Works
This community is built around the understanding that while behaviour change can happen alone, it’s far more likely to be sustained when goals are named, support is visible, and accountability is shared. Through regular connection and daily encouragement, this community creates the conditions that make follow-through more likely.

I Celebrate Being Human
My name is Michelle. I believe that taking care of our bodies matters deeply, not just for physical health, but for our mental well-being too. Most people want to do better here, but when life becomes overwhelming, this is often the first thing to slip. Lehoux Lifts is my passion project. It was created to support consistency in a way that feels realistic and sustainable, offering accountability, connection, and growth alongside others who are committed to showing up, even when motivation fades.
